Hi Rose, Call the service person from the equipment supplier and get training organized for your people. If the process and packaging line parameters are same and if the X-ray inspection machines has started to give issues recently, then it may be related to incorrect setting on the machine or skill...

I agree. It is just bad. I think only some small volume OEM's might be that lazy that they are using the operating system which has long been obsolete. This sort of complacence can be detrimental. Customers eventually punish the sluggish OEM's by taking their money to more responsive manufacturers /...

Dogs ears, crows feet or angel eyes are really frustrating problems and having a good and reliable machine which can run well on sub-optimum film is really very important and a great benefit for the users. Most of the time there is Conveyor jam, obstruction which is clearly visible and our natural response is to remove that jam / obstruction. Many a times this causes the accident.
