We have got a sandwich line and deposit egg & mayo and chicken n shredded salads on our sandwich line manually.
Piston filler hasn't worked, multi-head weigher / linear weigher will not work, pocket filler didn't help.
Product flow is very problematic & product integrity and consistency is very important and can't be varied.
Any ideas for a suitable depositor?
Line speed 60 -70 cpm, deposit weight required 40 to 70 grams.
