Critical attributes of orange juice, reducing flavour loss

The shelf life of orange juices is always a cause of concern for us.

Our processing and packaging techniques are very hygienic and we do take utmost care in manufacturing operations about oxygen pick up, operational temperature, storage techniques etc.

Just want to understand how the chromatography technique can help us better check flavour & enhance our aroma sensory techniques? Any idea...
